The promoter is Family Food Guide Ltd, company number 893882, registered in Scotland. Registered office: 1/3, 36 Main Street, Kilsyth, Scotland, G65 0AQ. Contact: info@familyfoodguide.com.

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens at [time and date] and closes at [time and date], UK local time. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to people aged 18 or over who live in [list eligible countries or regions]. Entrants must provide a valid email address and meet these conditions when they enter.

Employees of Family Food Guide Ltd and anyone directly involved in running this draw may not enter.

4. How to enter

There are two entry routes. You do not have to subscribe or make a purchase to enter.

A. Automatic entry with a membership

One entry will be made automatically for each eligible person who [choose and complete the qualifying rule: starts a paid monthly or annual membership during the promotion / has an active paid monthly or annual membership at the closing time / other rule]. No additional payment is charged for the entry. The normal membership price and features are not changed because of this draw.

B. Free entry

To enter for free, complete the Ninja Crispi free-entry form at [link or page name] before the closing time. No purchase or membership is needed. You do not have to agree to receive marketing emails to enter.

5. Entry limits and the draw

Each person may receive one entry in total, whether through the membership route or the free-entry route. If someone qualifies through both routes, they will still have one entry. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be removed.

All valid entries from both routes will be placed into the same draw and have the same chance of winning. The winner will be selected at random by [describe the random selection method or independent draw service] on or before [date].

6. Prize

There is one prize: [full Ninja Crispi model/name], with an approximate retail value of £[amount]. The prize will be delivered to the winner at [included delivery area]. [State whether a cash alternative is available; if not, say: “There is no cash alternative.”]

The prize is subject to the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty. The winner is responsible for checking that the product is suitable for their household and using it safely.

7. Contacting the winner

We will contact the winner using the email address supplied with their entry within [number] days of the draw. The winner must reply within [number] days and provide the information needed to arrange delivery. If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, we may select another winner using the same random method.

We will arrange delivery within [number] days after the winner confirms their delivery details. We will not ask the winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.

8. Winner information and privacy

We will use entry information to administer the draw, check eligibility, contact the winner and arrange delivery. Entry does not sign you up for marketing. Optional marketing consent, if offered, will be separate and will not affect your entry.

To show that a valid award took place, we may publish or make available the winner’s surname and county. You can object to this or ask us to share less information by contacting info@familyfoodguide.com. We may still need to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another relevant authority if requested.

For more information about how we use personal information, see our [Privacy Policy link].

9. General

We may reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or made in breach of these terms. If circumstances outside our reasonable control make the draw impossible or seriously disrupt it, we may make a reasonable change or cancel the promotion, while treating entrants fairly and explaining the change.

These terms are governed by Scots law. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights. If you have a question or complaint about the draw, contact info@familyfoodguide.com.
